The following library spaces can be booked:
CONFERENCE HALL – available for advance booking for seminars, trainings, and meetings (70 seats).
COMPUTER LAB – use of personal computers for educational or research purposes.
RELAXATION ROOM – up to 45 minutes per day per user.
MOTHER’S ROOM – up to 2 hours per day, or rebooking available.
CHILDREN’S PLAYROOM – up to 2 hours per day, or rebooking available.
STUDY ROOMS
- Individual study rooms (1 person) – 2 hours per day.
- Individual study rooms (2 persons) – 2 hours per day.
- Group study rooms (6 persons) – 2 hours per group per day.
To book the Conference Hall, the Academic Writing Center, or the Computer Lab, please send a memo via the Salem Office electronic document management system to the library director requesting a reservation for the desired space at least 7 days prior to the event.
To book individual and group study rooms, please make a corresponding entry in the room reservation log in the Information Desk (located on the first floor of the library, near the entrance from Aiteke Bi Street).
To book the children’s playroom or the mother’s room, simply pick up a key for the desired room from the Information Desk.
