{"id":1704,"date":"2026-01-27T22:50:59","date_gmt":"2026-01-27T17:50:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tlibrary.qyzpu.edu.kz\/?p=1704"},"modified":"2026-01-27T23:15:52","modified_gmt":"2026-01-27T18:15:52","slug":"informaczionnoe-soobshhenie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tlibrary.qyzpu.edu.kz\/en\/informaczionnoe-soobshhenie\/","title":{"rendered":"INFORMATION NOTICE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dear faculty, researchers, and postgraduate students of KazNWTTU!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Seraly Kaniev Scientific Library invites you to the course:<br>&#8220;MODERN TOOLS AND PRACTICES IN SCIENTIFIC PUBLISHING&#8221;<br>Course Objective:&nbsp;To enhance the efficiency and visibility of your research by mastering modern digital tools and best international practices in information management and publishing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>This course is ideal for those who want to:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Learn to quickly find relevant scientific publications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Efficiently organize a personal bibliographic database.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increase the international recognition of their work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skillfully select a journal for publication and prepare a manuscript.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand the ethical and effective applications of artificial intelligence in research.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Format and Duration:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5 practical modules&nbsp;(10 academic hours in total).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sessions will be held in the&nbsp;Conference Hall of the Seraly Kaniev Scientific Library&nbsp;(105B, Aiteke bi Street).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Course Program:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Module 1.&nbsp;Strategies for effective searching in scientific databases and using the university&#8217;s licensed resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Module 2.&nbsp;Organizing literature with reference managers (Zotero, Mendeley): from saving citations to formatting bibliographies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Module 3.&nbsp;Managing scientific identity: creating and setting up ORCID, Scopus Author ID, and Google Scholar profiles for accurate publication tracking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Module 4.&nbsp;Strategy for publishing in international journals: from journal selection and manuscript preparation to interaction with the editorial board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Module 5.&nbsp;Using artificial intelligence in the research cycle: opportunities, limitations, ethics, and publisher policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Registration and Schedule:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The start dates and registration procedure will be announced separately.
