{"id":1266,"date":"2025-08-29T17:58:23","date_gmt":"2025-08-29T12:58:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tlibrary.qyzpu.edu.kz\/?page_id=1266"},"modified":"2026-10-12T11:13:20","modified_gmt":"2026-10-12T06:13:20","slug":"bronirovanie-pomeshhenij","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/tlibrary.qyzpu.edu.kz\/en\/bronirovanie-pomeshhenij\/","title":{"rendered":"BOOKING OF PREMISES"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following library spaces can be booked:<br><br><strong>CONFERENCE HALL<\/strong> \u2013 available for advance booking for seminars, trainings, and meetings (70 seats).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>COMPUTER LAB<\/strong> \u2013 use of personal computers for educational or research purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>RELAXATION ROOM<\/strong> \u2013 up to 45 minutes per day per user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>MOTHER\u2019S ROOM<\/strong> \u2013 up to 2 hours per day, or rebooking available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CHILDREN\u2019S PLAYROOM<\/strong> \u2013 up to 2 hours per day, or rebooking available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>STUDY ROOMS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Individual study rooms (1 person) \u2013 2 hours per day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Individual study rooms (2 persons) \u2013 2 hours per day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Group study rooms (6 persons) \u2013 2 hours per group per day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To book <strong>the Conference Hall, the Academic Writing Center, or the Computer Lab<\/strong>, please send a memo via the Salem Office electronic document management system to the library director requesting a reservation for the desired space at least 7 days prior to the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To book <strong>individual and group study rooms<\/strong>, please make a corresponding entry in the room reservation log in the Information Desk (located on the first floor of the library, near the entrance from Aiteke Bi Street).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To book <strong>the children&#8217;s playroom or the mother&#8217;s room<\/strong>, simply pick up a key for the desired room from the Information Desk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The following library spaces can be booked: CONFERENCE HALL \u2013 available for advance booking for seminars, trainings, and meetings (70 seats).
